Windows Vista and Windows 7 Support

Install Arbiter programs in Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7:

1. Download the Arbiter software.
2. Open the saved file location.
3. Right-click on the saved file and select Properties. 

    

   

4. Click the Compatibility tab
5. Click the box next to "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" 

    

   

6. Make sure the choice below this box reads Windows XP (Service Pack 2)
7. Click OK
8. Double-click the application file to start the installation
9. Follow the prompts
